 First Step

Our first step is to audit the credit bureaus and creditors using The Fair Credit Reporting Act and The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. We also use Strict Verification By-Laws where we Hand Write letters to the credit bureaus and also some of the letters have to be Typed. More importantly, some of those letters have to be sent to addresses that are not even published.  Then we utilize Unpublished Guidelines, Regulations and our Expertise and Insider Know How  that very few, if any, other law firms or credit repair companies have access to.

Our methods are different from 98% of our competitors. Most credit repair companies or law firms only send out dispute letters which is something that you, the consumer can do for free. The problem with dispute letters is they seldom have any effect and if by chance something gets removed then 9 times out of  10 it will reappear on your credit report within 30-60 days. We use proprietary methods so that our program is a permanent removal.

By law you have the right to question any information on your credit reports  that you think may be inaccurate, untimely, misleading, incomplete, unverifiable, or biased or unclear.  If an item cannot be verified in a timely manner, then it must be removed.

Your Rights 

You simply have a right to receive a copy of the Original Creditors Documentation that should be on file with the Credit Bureau.The credit bureaus are required by ‘law’ to have a copy of that same verifiable proof. The Credit Bureaus are the agencies reporting your information to underwriters, loan officers, banks and so forth. Under the FCRA, credit bureaus need to provide you a copy of verifiable documentation if it is requested by you the consumer. ***All credit bureau reporting is done electronically via email or fax. But that is NOT what the law says must be done! Credit bureaus have to supply verifiable proof that the information belongs to the debtor. You have a right to dispute information on your credit report if you think it is not correct. We prove and verify that everything is correct and by the book, as well as make them verify their information.   

What will this do for you?

Information on your credit report with negative information will be objected to.  We can take it beyond the credit reporting agencies and directly to the creditor who initiated the negative report to demand deletion.

Often times when we demand proof of something like late payments, the company will not be able to provide it.  Especially old credit problems can be removed easily because the company has trouble accessing records proving the late payments.  In these cases, the law demands that the record of late payments, collections, etc. must be removed from your credit report.

How do I get started?

When you are ready to take the first step, contact us and we will email or fax you our application. Once you receive it, please fill it out and pay the analysis fee. After we've received your payment, we will send you a link via e-mail where you can view and print your free credit report. This link will also provide you with the contact information of the 3 credit bureaus: Experian™, TransUnion™, and Equifax™.  Once we get the reports, we will review them and work to legally remove as many negative items as possible.  For example, late payments, information that is out of date, wrong items, collections, etc. will be reviewed and opposed.

What Happens Next?

When you receive your free credit report, please mail the credit report to us so that way we may have the credit bureau verify the information to make sure it is correct and accurate. This is to make sure your identity hasn't been stolen without you knowing it. Additionally, this helps us follow your progress and improvements.
